When will my order ship? Most orders are processed and ready for transit within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our command center.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes! We ship to all valid residential and business addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
What is your return policy? We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
What if my item arrives damaged? Kitchen tools are tough, but shipping can be rough. If your item arrives broken or defective, please email us at info@stellarstove.myshopify.com
with a photo within 48 hours, and we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Are your products BPA-free and food-safe? Absolutely. Your health is our priority. Every item at Stellar Stove is made from non-toxic, food-grade materials that meet or exceed US FDA safety standards.
How should I clean my Stellar Stove tools? Most of our products are dishwasher safe for your convenience. However, for premium knives and wooden accessories, we recommend hand-washing to maintain their "Stellar" quality for years to come.
